Delivery timelines

Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 15–40 days of order confirmation.
Made-to-order and custom commissions: timeline confirmed at the time of quote.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated per product based on size, weight and destination, and shown before checkout. Large and high-value installations may require a separate freight quote.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance & white-glove delivery

High-value and large sculptural pieces are shipped insured. White-glove delivery — crated transport with placement assistance — is available on request for eligible pieces.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your package on arrival. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can raise a claim — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
