Return window

Ready-to-ship products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-sized or custom-designed commissions.
• Made-to-order pieces produced to your specification.
• Products marked as final sale.

Damaged on arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders for ready-to-ship products may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom and made-to-order commissions cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
