Are your idols and sculptures handmade?
Yes. Every piece is cast in solid brass and hand-finished by artisans at our Aligarh workshop.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes — custom sizing, finish and design are available on most pieces. Visit Custom Creations to request a quote.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Exact shipping cost, delivery time and customs/duty responsibility vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout or on enquiry — this is still being finalised for a few regions, so please reach out if you don't see your country listed.
How long does an order take?
Ready-to-ship pieces typically leave the workshop in 15–40 days. Made-to-order and custom commissions are quoted individually based on size and complexity.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (where available), processed securely through Razorpay.
Can I return a product?
Yes, most ready-to-ship products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order pieces are generally non-returnable — see Returns & Refunds for details.
Are high-value pieces insured during shipping?
High-value and large installation pieces are shipped with insurance and, where applicable, white-glove delivery. Ask us for specifics on your piece.
